Pay Structure for Billing Services

Nurse Practitioners Fees

  • Base monthly price of $450.00 for practice management system (for new practices that do not have billings over this amount).
  • EHR clinical $105.00 (per NP)
  • Billing percentage rate for NPs is 7% of total monthly revenues.
  • Additional NPIs (National Provider Identifiers) to practice management system $205.00

Physician Fees

  • Base monthly price of $510.00 for practice management system (for new practices that do not have billings over this amount).
  • EHR clinical $155.00 (per physician)
  • Billing percentage rate is 7% of total monthly revenues.
  • Additional NPIs (National Provider Identifiers) to practice management system $410.00 for MD and $210.00 for NP

Additional Pricing Services

  • Credentialing Assistant - Nurse practitioner $250.00 per insurance company
  • Credentialing Assistant - Doctors $350.00 per insurance company 
  • Patient Statement Mailing - $0.85 per mailing
  • Appeal Mailing - $2.00-$10.00 per mailing
  • Coding Services - $5.00 per encounter
  • Insurance Aging - $5.00 per encounter
  • Authorization of Benefits - $5.00 per encounter
  • Transfer of patient records is between $500- $2,000.00
